GENERAL
* The Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission, and the right to cancel a commission at any time*
- All commissions done at 300 DPI
-The Artist is not responsible for saving or safe keeping your commission, ** please remember to save any art you receive, as the Artist cannot guarantee that they will still have it if you need it again **
-Client acknowledges that the following transaction applies to a digital commission provided by the Artist, and does not require shipping or shipping labels
- For custom commissions, the Artist cannot guarantee a specific 'style', as they are constantly experimenting, though they do try their best to recreate a style if requested
- Unless talked about previously, the Artist cannot guarantee a certain turnaround time, but please feel free to contact them for an update
- Files are given via email: please remember to save them
- The Client may request the file(s) be emailed to them, but the default way of getting files is however you contacted them

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

- Payment is done via Paypal Invoicing (unless otherwise discussed)
-All invoices must be paid in full before any art is started
- If the Client cancels a commission, they MAY be entitled to a partial refund depending on completion of the commission:
- 75% refund if the invoice has been paid, but the Client backs out prior to any work (convenience fee)
- 50% refund during the sketching/placing stage, if a custom commission (does not apply to YCH)
- No refund past sketching phase
- If the Artist cancels the commission on their behalf, a full refund will be issued


REVISIONS
- After art is complete, up to two small revisions may be requested, free of charge. Any major revisions requested after that will require a fee of $100.00 USD 


RIGHTS
- The Artist reserves all the rights to the commissioned work
- The Artist has the right to and may reuse sketches or paint over commissioned work to create new artwork
- The Artist reserves full rights to display commissioned artwork in their art portfolios and social media accounts
- The Client may not make and sell prints of the artwork, or profit from the artwork in any way without direct communication with The Artist
- The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format
- The Client may not repaint, trace, or majorly edit the piece
- The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website (such as deviantart, FurAffinity, Weasyl, Tumlbr, Facebook), but credit is required in the form of a link back to the Artist's gallery or social media and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork
- The Client cannot claim the Artist's work as their own
- The Client may not use commissioned work in any way that is hateful, derogatory, discriminatory, and the like
